Prizes

The grand prize drawings (2 winners will be selected) will take place at the Green lot, with entries from both locations all days, Saturday at 2 p.m. Winners need not be present to win; the two lucky winners will be notified by Tuesday, March 18 and names will be listed on this CONEXPO-CON/AGG web page. Because winners may not be contacted directly by phone (voicemails may be left), it is the responsibility of the winner to check this page to verify and claim winnings.

The first winner selected is eligible for the Pebble Beach escape which includes three days/two nights at The Lodge, rounds of golf at two of Pebble Beach's three spectacular courses and airfare certificates--all for four. The winner must contact Heide Kraus at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers at (414) 298-4143, by Friday May 2, 2008 to make Pebble Beach reservations and flight coupon arrangements. Failure to make contact by this date is a forfeiture of the prize.

The second winner selected is eligible to receive the FXDB (Dyna) Street Bob to be picked up after March 15 at Harley-Davidson of Las Vegas*, 2605 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89169. Phone (702) 431-8500 Attention Dawn Schmidt, Marketing Director. The cost of the bike will be paid for by the CONEXPO-CON/AGG show. Nevada taxes, document fees and the cost to transport the vehicle to the winner’s residence or location of choice is the responsibility of the winner. Winner must contact the dealership by Wednesday, March 26, 2008 to make arrangements for the bike’s transport. Failure to make contact by this date is a forfeiture of the prize.

Rules

The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. This contest is subject to all laws, including income tax laws. CONEXPO-CON/AGG personnel and their immediate family members are ineligible.

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledge that CONEXPO-CON/AGG will not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

* Las Vegas Harley-Davidson will take responsibility of transporting the bike to the CONEXPO-CON/AGG show on Monday, March 10 and retrieving it back from the show on Saturday, March 15. Drop off/pick up should occur between 3-6 p.m. on both days. While on display at the show, the FXD (Dyna) Street Bob will be insured by show management.
