Dolce, associate consultant, has over 30 years experience in the fleet industry as a manager for both public and private sector fleet operations.  His responsibilities included vehicle procurement and maintenance profit and loss manger of a fleet budget in excess of $30 million, overseeing 200 technical and administrative personnel, vehicle and equipment specifications, vehicle purchasing, staff training, fleet information systems and management of shop productivity and contractor repairs.
