Exhibitor Registration for a Show Badge is now open!

Admission to CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2011 is by badge only and all exhibitors are required to register. Only employees of exhibiting companies may register as exhibitor personnel. The advance exhibitor registration fee for member companies is $40 each (member companies include AEM, AGMA, PTDA, NFPA, NRMCA & NSSGA) and $50 each for non-member companies. Register by February 21, 2011 to avoid the onsite fee of $80 for all companies.

You must first register for the show to obtain a hotel reservation through the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 official room block.

Register Staff, Customers, Dealers & Guests with the Improved Online Process

You will receive a password letter provided via e-mail. Show Management highly recommends using this online process as it has been developed to help you easily manage exhibit staff along with customers, dealers and guests by allowing you to:

• Receive immediate confirmations and ability to resend confirmations
• Manage registration additions, changes or substitutions
• Manage reservations for an existing group room block
• Search for available hotel rooms and make reservations
• Submit a request for a group room block

Education, Seminars & Sessions

Take advantage of a variety of education programs offered for your staff or customers! View the full education schedule and course descriptions. CONEXPO-CON/AGG Education sessions are an additional fee but at a discounted rate of more than 15% for exhibitors. Please note, all individuals attending education sessions must also be registered for a 2011 Show Badge.

Media Registration

Exhibitors who are Media and also need a media badge to access the newsroom and its services should also register as media.

After completing the on-line registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation summarizing your registration from Experient. Print this bar-coded confirmation for your records. Verify all information for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation via e-mail or fax (within 72 hours) or mail (within 14 days after sending your registration), please contact Experient at the numbers indicated above.
