Housing is Now Open!

Registration for the show is required to obtain a hotel reservation through the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 official room block.

Show Management has negotiated discounted rates, available exclusively to CONEXPO-CON/AGG attendees and exhibitors, at select “Official Show Hotels” within close proximity to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Hotel reservations must be made through the show housing program to receive the discounted rates.

Show Housing Services

Experient is the official housing provider for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 and the only company that is able to sell rooms within the CONEXPO-CON/AGG official hotel blocks.

  • Free shuttle service. Enjoy free shuttle service to and from the show when you reserve through CONEXPO-CON/AGG and stay at one of our official show hotels.*

*Free shuttle service is offered at all official show hotels with exception to those within walking distance to convention center.

Unauthorized Solicitations

Please be aware some third party travel companies may attempt to solicit housing to you or your company for the 2011 shows. These companies may imply or claim an affiliation with CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE; however they are not endorsed by Show Management. Please be vigilant when dealing with any company, other than Experient, providing housing services as these companies may provide false information regarding the availability of rooms at hotels within the show housing program and offer you guest rooms at allegedly significant discounts.

Unfortunately, many of these companies are not reputable and reserving hotel rooms through them may result in such things as loss of hotel deposits; hotel relocation with little or no warning; not receiving reserved guest room type at hotel or complete cancellation of reservations with no relocation assistance. Reservations made through any agency other than Experient are not recommended by Show Management and will be at your own risk.

If you are contacted by a travel company other than Experient, please immediately notify Show Management at bprice@conexpoconagg.com. Show Management works to prevent the unauthorized solicitation of CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE exhibitors and attendees and will pursue these companies to prevent further contact.
