Show media badges are available to editorial members of the media. The media badge allows extended entry to exhibits and access to the show newsroom and media services.
Please include verification of working media status for your form to be processed. Examples include a business card or masthead page or bylined article with name of publication. Freelance journalists or photographers should submit a note from the publication or media outlet that has assigned them to cover the show.
Media registrations will not be processed without proof of media status.
Note: For housing accommodations, please see the Hotel & Travel page.
Exhibitors who are media representatives and need a media badge to access the newsroom and its services should also register as media.
Journalists previously exempt from the need to obtain a visa to visit the United States may now be required to do so. These rules are in addition to more stringent requirements related to the overall visa approval process, which can lengthen the time it takes to obtain a U.S. visa. All international journalists planning to attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG should check requirements related to their specific situations and allow enough time (60 to 90 days minimum) to complete the visa process in order to be able to enter the United States to attend the show. Visit www.travel.state.gov.
You will receive a bar-coded confirmation via email when your registration is complete. If you do not receive your badge prior to the show, bring this confirmation to any Express Badge Pick-Up counter and your badge will be printed. Photo ID will be required.
Check on a pending registration request: Click here then click “Next” on the bottom of the page.
If five or more business days have passed and you have not received a final bar-coded registration confirmation, please contact Pat Monroe at pmonroe@conexpoconagg.com.
