Beware of List Purchase Scams!

There is only one way to purchase the official CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE attendee list and that is through Show Management and our Exhibitor Dashboard portal. There are many companies out there pretending to have our list or be the official provider—DON’T fall victim to this scam. Due to proximity of Show the attendee pre-show list is not available. You can purchase the post-show list beginning March 13.

Insurance is Required

Insurance is required when exhibiting at CONEXPO-CON/AGG. If you do not have this coverage in place, AEM Show Management has made arrangements so that all of our exhibitors can instantly acquire this coverage at significant savings from Rainprotection Insurance. NEW! Exhibitor Customer Service Text Program On-Site

Got a quick question about where the Exhibitor Service Centers are, or have an issue with something in your booth? Not a problem! Show Management will be able to support your questions with our new texting program. No need to leave your booth – just text the number 69050 and then, in the message body, add the keyword that matches the lot/hall of your booth, followed by your booth number and question/issue. Keyword codes are not case-sensitive and should be entered with every new issue or question.

For New Exhibitors – Booth Evaluation

CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show Management is providing exhibiting companies, new to the 2017 show, with a complimentary exhibiting evaluation. The purpose is to reinforce areas of effectiveness and identify potential areas that can be improved so your company gets more value and increased results. Sometime between March 7 - 10, during open exhibit hours, a trade show expert will visit your booth and score the overall effectiveness of your exhibit in three areas: 1) Exhibit Presentation, 2) Product/Service Presentation, and 3) Exhibit Staff. They will not need to interrupt your booth activities during this process; however, the evaluator will take photos of your booth, which are only be used in the confidential report you receive after the show.

Shortly after the show, your company will receive a personalized report by email. Your report is confidential and will include scores of the 21 evaluation questions, photographs and comments the evaluator made. It assigns overall area scores, spotlights areas of ineffectiveness, compares your scores to the average score by size and to all exhibitors evaluated. Key Show Rules to Know!

There are two key show rules to remember as you set up and tear down to avoid additional costs to your budget. They are the Clean Floor Policy and the Early Tear Down policies.

Clean Floor Policy

  • Sunday, March 5 at 5:00 p.m.: All crates must be labeled "EMPTY" for removal. Crates not labeled "EMPTY" at this time will be removed regardless of status.
  • Monday, March 6 at 1:00 p.m.: All cardboard, fiber cases, or access storage items must be labeled and ready for removal.
  • Monday, March 6 at 5:00 p.m.: AISLES must be 100% clean of any items that may impede the final aisle clean up and installation of aisle carpet.

Early Tear Down

  • Any exhibitor who begins to dismantle or pack part of their exhibit before the close of the Exhibition will lose their priority number in the next Exhibition and will be charged a $10.00 per square foot penalty. The charge will be based on the exhibitor’s total exhibit size.

Badge Pack Increase

All exhibit staff must purchase a Badge-Pack. Make sure to purchase these before you get to the show to avoid a price increase on March 7.

Badge-Packs will not be mailed in advance. Badge-Packs can be picked up throughout Las Vegas and at the show. Individuals picking up badges are required to present their ID and have their confirmation email (hard copy or digital). Learn More

Admission Badge Pricing for 2017

In structuring the 2017 badge fees, the Show Management Committee requested that AEM retains the services of a pricing analyst to research and recommend the registration fee structure. Over time, our badge fee increases have not kept up with inflation. The results of the pricing analysis concluded that our admission fee was underpriced in comparison to other leading shows and to the value the show provides.

While the show admission fees will increase, the Management Committee directed us to minimize the cost increase to exhibitors. Below you will see that the fee increase for exhibitors is substantially less than for the general attendee. In addition, exhibitors will be able to extend invitations to their customers and dealers at a substantial discount.

Admission + Transportation = Additional Value

As added value, the admission fee in 2017 will include not only the show badge but also multi-modal transportation to and from the show for both exhibitors and attendees. The admission fee will include not only deluxe coach bus transportation at most official hotels but also a multi-day Monorail pass at no additional charge. AEM will be looking into additional transportation values in Las Vegas, and we will keep you posted on additional developments.
