Badge receipts will be auto resent after the show. Reach out to our Housing & Registration vendor, Experient, at 800-424-5247 or showmgmt-exh@experient-inc.com if you don’t receive it. To receive a copy of your hotel receipt, you will need to contact your hotel directly. Will you refund my registration fee if I decided to not attend the shows? Our show registration rules & regulations state that we do not offer refunds for badge fees due to cancellations. However, due to the unique issue of the Coronavirus and the travel restriction, Show Management and the CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE Management Committees will review this as a potential exception to our show rules and regulations due to the travel restrictions due to government issued travel restrictions.
